30min Meal: Prawn or Shrimp Adobo

Hi Happy Tuesday my Friends!

I am going to share another super easy recipe. We need prawns, spring onions, garlic and soy sauce. As a Filipino, we like all Adobo dishes. It is delicious and yes, it is a diet buster.
Adobo is the name of a popular dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in a sauce of vinegar and garlic, browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade. It has sometimes been considered as the unofficial national dish of the Philippines.[1] (source).
There are different version of Adobo from different parts of the Philippines.
In this recipe, I only used soy sauce to season the prawn.
